I’m a strength and conditioning coach and former Red Rose with 32 England Caps under my belt. These two things about me provide an unbeatable recipe for providing you with world class strength and conditioning support.

Hi, I'm Tess, a qualified accountant working in Finance at the RFU, and a Harlequins rugby player in the Allianz Premier 15s.
Having been involved in the premiership over the past 7 years, I've seen first hand how the introduction and provision of top class S&C has transformed not only my own performance on the pitch, but elevated the whole league to a new level.
I am passionate about bringing access of top level S&C to all players. Through FEEPO, you can replicate a top level training programme to elevate your game to the next level!
